WHAT IS A GAME COACH?
A Game Coach is the party coordinator. He/She will assist and monitor time, oversee game play & selections, and to answer any question that will arise.
DO YOU HAVE AGE APPROPRIATE GAME, RESTRICTION?
We have games for all ages. The Game Coach will address all questions and concerns or restrictions that you might have
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments are for mobile gaming and non-refundable. All cancellations within 2 days of the event qualify for a no penalty rebooking within 90 days, subject to space availability, the host will be responsible for any additional charges or add ons.
WILL WEATHER REQUIRE AN EVENT TO BE RESCHEDULED?
If the driving conditions are safe, we will be there. Rain or Shine, However if weather gets worse while the event is going on we might have to end the event early for ours and your safety. If that happens we will discuss any reimbursements or discounts owed.
